The women biodiversity conservers of DDS |

During the Mobile Biodiversity Fesrival 2005, the DDS had the honour
of felicitating 18 women and 3 men who are making enormous contribution
to agrobiodiversity in the Zaheerabad region where the Society is working.
They include women who grow diverse crops [upto 22 on an acre], seedkeepers
[upto 85 varieties] and those who are totally non chemical in their
farming. |
